Had this tea for the first time at an upscale restaurant, last night. I've been drinking Earl Grey for years. The malva flowers give this tea additional flavor that is exceptional.

I do like this brand's teas quite a lot. Personally, I think some of their other teas stand out even more than their Earl Grey, so, if you have an opportunity, I'd recommend trying some of the others. I don't know what types of tea you tend to like most, but I like their Dragon Well Green tea, and, for a straight black tea, I also like their South Indian Select--which is interesting as there aren't many single origin teas from South India available from mainstream tea brands...most teas from India are either Assam, Darjeeling, or just blends.
