Based off of the other reviews I must have received a defective batch of the tea. It was bland, lackluster and tasted like water with the mere hint of strawberry. It was not tangy, it was not lemony, it was not fruit flavored... it was a pathetic.

I contacted Teavana for either a refund or replacement and the customer service was horrible. I was told that I would have to pay to ship the unused tea back to the company to exchange it. No, they would not reimburse the shipping costs. After discussing this issue with the supervisor which is still not resolved, he had the nerve to tell me about an upcoming sale and asked if I would be interested in any of their products. I am now waiting for his supervisor to call me back... which I suspect will never happen.
