Twinings is a good tea but I've found what I consider comparable quality teas to be less expensive. For example, the "Publix Premium" brand Earl Grey, produced by a grocery chain here in the U.S., costs 30-40% less while being of about comparable quality to Twinings, in my opinion.
As others have said, Twinings is light on bergamot. When I've used Twinings, I've often added lemon juice after the fact to give it more citrus.
