Very pepperminty without being overwhelmingly so. Rich, full-bodied, but with less of the leafy aroma that some dried peppermint teas have. Smooth flavor, no sourness. I think this is among the better of Lipton's herbal offerings. The only thing lacking is the complexity of the aroma...I like mint teas that have a more leafy and vegetal character.
