The spearmint in this tea gives it a very gum-like aroma, which I found somewhat off-putting. The tea itself seems relatively mild, but it does leaves a very pronounced cool menthol feeling in the back of my throat. I expect this tea would be enjoyable if I had a cold, but under any other circumstances, I'd recommend something else.
