the Saigon cinnamon and pink peppercorns give this chai its character. The whole cardamom and cloves are great and maintain their flavor over time. To enhance the flavor, I usually isolate a few of the whole cardamoms, pepper seeds and cloves and gently crush them before adding back to the mixture.
The tea is a bit pricey, but worth it.

We purchased this again but it seems like they added vanilla - too sweetish aroma. If I was reviewing today, it would score 79. Still not bad.
