The third tea I had the pleasure of trying with the otherworldly breakfast served in the Hotel Alt-Görlitz in Görlitz, Germany. Very good, and an artful blend that was perfectly balanced.
The ingredient list not only shows that this contains only green tea and lemon myrtle, but lists that lemon myrtle is 20% of the blend.
Lemon myrtle is often very astringent, and I don't know how they managed to do it, but they've kept the astringency to a minimum in this one. The cup is full-bodied, but not overly astringent, not even towards the bottom of the cup. The aroma is complex, with a good balance between the tea and lemony qualities.
This brand really wowed me with all three of their teas. This particular one was much closer to its expiration date (printed in the back of the tea bag--something I wish every company would do), but it still tasted very fresh.
