Reading the other reviews, I'm beginning to wonder if I have an underabundance of sour taste receptors. This tea is so lacking in bitterness that it tastes almost sweet to me, though not in a way I find unpleasant. The flavor is full and contains just a hint of menthol. I agree with Alex that the taste is very similar to that of a pure peppermint tea, though I prefer this one to pure peppermint because the flavor seems just a touch more rounded; but so far as mint blends go, I prefer Yogi's "Refreshing Mint" for its strength and complexity. Nonetheless, this is a blend that I respect and enjoy on a regular basis.
