The tea itself smells deliciously like vanilla, and once brewed has a very subtle apple scent. It’s actually quite pleasant without sugar, which is rare for me to say. It’s fruity with a barely-there, bitter aftertaste. I personally prefer sweeter teas, so I added two teaspoons of sugar, and, honestly, this is such a delicate tea that the sugar overpowers to fruity taste. Very lovely :)

Hello, and welcome to RateTea and thank you for your first two reviews!
I always drink my tea without sugar, but I can see that being impressive if you usually drink your tea with sugar, and you find a blend, especially one with black tea as the base, where it tastes sweet without sugar. I find that a lot with greener oolongs but not so often with black teas.
