I'm surprised that this was an OP - impressive! I agree with Alex, definitely the best OP I've had, ridiculously complex for such a mainstream style.
I definitely noticed a nice roasted taste to the tea and an extremely unexpected subtle vegetable taste, reminiscent of some of my favorite oolongs. The vegetable taste was apparent just as I was swallowed, at the roof of my mouth.
Wonderfully smooth texture and somewhat of a lemon smell to the dried leaf.
I was able to get two really good brews out of this tea, both were full of flavor.
This is a fantastic tea, I can't wait to have more!
