Very nice - i like this one - comes in loose and sachets (not bags - I don't think) and I tried it in a sachet form. very nice aroma and easy to drink with or without sweetener. It is caffeinated but not like a "Lipton Black" - much more mellow. Not as good as a straight Darjeeling (first flush, baby!) but a good solid morning tea. Also good if you need to sip on something at work and you are sick.
