The tea has a stronger flavour than many other green teas. It also has little of the bitterness that is so easy to get from green teas if you fail to get the temperature and steeping time right. For this reason it is a good tea to use at work, where the conditions for good tea making often are limited. Using tea bags instead of loose tea also makes it easier to use it out of home. All tea bags from Palais des thes have information on steeping time and temperature on the individual tea bags wrappings and string labels, so you can bring a tea bag along in your pocket or purse and still have the info you need.
