This is an herbal tea that acts to soothe stomach as well as puts me to sleep. Non-caffeinated, it is perfect when I want something before bed. It is almost dessert-like when coconut milk and sugar are added.
The cardamom and licorice flavors are the strongest notes and may be strange to Western palates but this tea has earned a permanent place in my tea cupboard because of it's beneficial qualities.
