High quality tea but quite expensive. Can easily get two infusions of great tasting tea. Recommend adding teaspoon of Tupelo honey. My favorite of all teas.

I haven't tried this particular one, but my impression of golden monkey teas is exactly this, they tend to be delicious but pricey. I very much enjoyed the ones I tried from TeaVivre and a now-defunct company called Infuze.
Have you tried Yunnan gold teas? Some of them can be similar to these and I think they are more widely available and also to some degree more diverse. Some teas sold as "Yunnan gold" though aren't quite as smooth / golden as golden monkey though, there's a range of dark teas with a few golden tips, to mostly-golden ones like this.
