This has become one of my favorite shous. The liquor is a deep reddish brown with a warm and sweet aroma. There are notes of compost, leaves, and autumnal air. The taste is primarily dirt, compost, and autumnal leaves. There is also just the slightest hint of scotch in the back of your mouth. A slight astringency reminiscent of alcohol. The taste and aroma are both extremely complex while also working well together. Smooth and exquisite.
