I agree with Alex that it has flavors reminiscent of a Darjeeling -- a smooth black tea with slightly raisin-like notes. It would make a very interesting basis for sweet tea (brewed strong with plenty of sugar, then chilled with ice) as made in the southeastern U.S. I found that brewing the tea a bit strong didn't hurt it -- no bitterness was added. And, as a quality loose leaf, it holds up well to a few infusions.
