I really like the slightly lemon-citrus smell of the dry leaf. It got me quite excited about trying this one. The lemon flavor is fairly subtle in this, but it's well blended. It tastes like a quality version of what I've seen called Lady Gray tea before. Certainly I would prefer this over most Earl Gray's I've tried, yet I feel like it would fulfill a similar niche to that drink in my life -- a solid morning tea complemented with citrus. Though teakruthi rates this as a medium level of caffeine, I got a distinct but light buzz from it.

The lemon flavor is harder to pick out on second and third cups, but the drink is still pleasant. The tea itself has a quality that's good, but hard to describe. Perhaps, tannic but not bitter? No sugar, milk, etc. needs to be added, and I suspect they would overpower the pleasantries of this tea.
