I asked the owner of Het Gouden Randje to recommend me a sweet black tea. Once it was cleared up that I wasn't interested in flavoured teas, I was offered this one, and I was charmed with the smell.
It smells warm and sweet with a hint of honey. If you don't use too much leaf, it doesn't easily get bitter even if you leave to steep it for too long. And yes, it does taste a little sweet too. A very smooth and easy-going everyday black tea.
