I would tend to agree with the other reviews I've seen with regards to the flavor, but only because the aroma is so strong that I think the expectations for the taste are elevated. This is a great example of a tea whose smell is far greater than the flavor. That being said, the flavor is good, just not great. Furthermore, I do think that the addition of some sweetener does help this tea, but I would avoid the use of cream as it generally diminishes the flavor of tea and this one is simply not strong enough to overcome that.
