This is among the better Earl Greys I've had from a tea bag. Strong, very bitter, but not too tannic (especially if you use a briefer brewing). The bold bergamot presence is balanced by an aromatic black tea. I would not call this tea "light and elegant"--I think this is a stronger tea (but I used one teabag for cup).
I think you can get away with a shorter brewing too...this tea could easily become too strong if brewed too long. This is really a step up from the mainstream American brands available in most supermarkets.
