This tea has a very mild earthy aroma. The liquor is a pale amber. A tea that is 'light' on flavor, with no after taste. I was hesitant to try this just because it is from a non traditional growing area. I am underwhelmed with this tea. It might serve as a 'base' for blending or adding a flavor. Adding sugar or milk would over power this tea.
