Half-litre pot at home. Pours clear fudge brown with no sediment. Mild aroma of white tea leaves, with gentle notes of vanilla and hints of lemon. Dryish flavour of lemongrass, with notes of white tea and just discernible hints of vanilla. Clean but rough and slightly astringent palate, with lingering touches of white tea. A delicate but well-balanced and stable blend, whose flavour becomes more pronounced with time. Refreshing and nice to calm down to on a cold evening, this white tea is quite unlike the more sweeter fruity varieties I am used to. The same applies to the leaves, whose average size 1-1.5 cm is larger than what I have tried before. Not cheap (€8.30 per 100 g) but inexpensive enough for the satisfying experience.
