Half-litre pot at home, made from South Indian white tea leaves and elderflower blossom. Pours clear lightish amber with no sediment. Clear aroma of white tea leaves, with notes of elderflower. Ditto flavour. Mildly astringent palate with an aftertaste of white tea and smooth touches of elderflower. A well-balanced, mild, smooth and delicate drink. Quite refreshing, too. Not really cheap by the tea company's standards (€8.30 per 100 g) but worth the price.
