Half-litre pot at home, made from leaves of black tea (Assam?) and small pieces of fudge (cocoa butter, cocoa powder, milk powder, beta carotene). Pours nearly clear dark copper brown (against white china) with no sediment. Intense aroma of toffee, with notes of black tea. Sweetish flavour of fudge, with bitter touches of black tea. Smooth, sweetish palate of caramel, with an astringent note of black tea. A simple but rewarding drink, going very well on its own, even better with dessert. Thank you so much, my sweet little Żuczek, for this precious gift on Father's Day. The price is unknown to me, so I hope you did not blow your budget on this one.
