soooo relaxing! it tastes lovely, and the smell is so soothing! i can't help but breathe it in as i'm drinking. it's very unique, at least to my experience. i've never had anything like it. great after a long hectic day, when it's time to wind down and quiet your brain. this brand really does what it promises on the box. i have only ever had good experiences with Yogi Tea.
