Prep: 1.5 tsp per 8 ounces, hot.
Appearance: deep ruby
Aroma: it’s all cranberry and hibiscus. Aroma leads to the tart side.
Flavor: lightly tart cranberry but a fairly floral overall profile. Body is medium plus and may benefit from a little sweetener.
Value: 10 bucks for 5 ounces feels like a nice value to me. I’m fairly impressed.
