A little funny having a black tea before bedtime; however, the cab says low caffeine. David’s would not mislead me, right?
Prep: 2.5 tsp, 16oz, 200F, 7.5 minutes (directions say 205 for 7 minutes).
Aroma: You really get the vanilla notes on this one. The cinnamon pops pretty nicely as well. With the aroma being this pungent, you’d expect a spicy beverage but...
Flavor: I really like my chai on the spicy side and this is absolutely not that type of chai. Mild presence of cinnamon and a decent vanilla but the balance is spot on. Really enjoyable.
Value: This is on the pricey side for a blend (5 per ounce). I’d say it’s priced fairly.
