Half-litre pot at home, made from black tea (Ceylon?) leaves generously sprinkled with Irish coffee flavour. Pours nearly clear copper brown (against white china) with no sediment. Clear aroma of caramel and black tea, with touches of whiskey and vanilla. Bitterish, leafy onset of black tea, giving way to sweet and smooth notes of caramel and vanilla, ending in barrellike nuances. Creamy palate turning astringent and leafy. A very decent Irish coffee tea. Well-balanced and not aggressive. Fair price, too (38 DKK per 100 g).
