One-litre pot at home, made from a mixture of black tea leaves, cornflower blossom, sunflower petals and safflower, all sprinkled with egg liqueur flavouring. Pours clear copper brown (against white china) with no sediment. Clear aroma of black tea and egg liqueur, with notes of sunflower. Bitter, but not aggressive flavour of black tea (Assam?), with sweetish notes of cream and fudge and touches of egg liqueur and sunflower. Mildly astringent palate of black tea, with an aftertaste of cream and some malty touches. Well-balanced and quite decent for a cream tea. Fair price, too (38 DKK per 100 g).
