2010 harvest
8g, 160degF, 8oz water, 1min
nice, predominantly grassy aroma. somewhat vegetal. i find it to be lacking in 'deep umami flavor.'
[2nd] 160degF, 6oz water, 30sec
a pleasant bitterness coming out
the 4th infusion was so-so, but i got tired of drinking. perhaps i used too much leaf heh
overall legit but not outstanding.
there's probably better value to be found elsewhere.
