Commercial Description
This premium, authentic Tie Guan Yin is perfectly baked and semi-oxidised to give an elegant floral fragrance, a bright, golden liquor and a rich, mellow taste with pleasant creamy notes. The traditional processing method gives the tea a deep, complex flavour and a long satisfying aftertaste.
Brewing Instructions: (from Canton Tea Co)
Use around 1tbsp per cup (200ml) and brew around 85°C (185°F) - 90deg;C (194°F), allow to steep for 2-3 minutes and infuse at least 3 times.
