A high grown Ceylon Tea, delicate with the almost greenish character that represents seasonal quality. The perfect Afternoon Tea, with a golden infusion and light flavour that complements scones, shortcake or sweet pastry. This may be a medium bodied tea but it has an assertive nose of honey, mango, molasses, cashews, hay and dried grass.
