This is a blend of black teas from Assam, Darjeeling, and Nilgiri. The first 2 I am pretty familiar with, but the latter not really. As the name suggests, it is an all purpose black tea. For me it works best with some kind of milk, but it is decent with lemon also. One reviewer on their site drinks it plain, so I tried that, but found it a dash too bitter. For me, it is a good but not spectacular blend. I have no problem drinking it.
Btw as I am primarily a customer of Upton, I was looking around for some other options. I saw on Reddit that RateTea founder Alex recommended Harney & Sons and another company (Adagio, perhaps?) as alternatives to Upton for good, reasonably priced tea. Of course I have known about Harney for a while, but had never mail-ordered from them before. They have a pretty wide selection and good prices, and the tea arrives packaged in attractive tins. So thanks to Alex for the tip.
