Commercial Description
A beautiful hand-crafted artisan tea. Lovely rich aromas of toffee which continues on the tongue and develops into a subtle chocolate malt with fruity notes. Just the bud and the next leaf is picked resulting in a tippy and refined look. Smooth comes to mind with this tea. Delicious brewed both light and dark. Wonderful with food and when served cool.

Coming from a tiny farm off Onomea bay in Hawaii, the salty ocean air and the clay / igneous rich soil creates a black tea that is truly unique. Very mellow with a soft brininess that invokes the imagery of a Hawaiian breeze. Perfect for serving cold or hot. No acid, tannin or darkness which I found unusual for a black tea, very light on the palette.
