This is by far my favorite tea from Republic of Tea yet. Strong and complex aroma, mostly herbaceous with a bit of spice: thyme is dominant, but with a lot of other things going on...the ginger and anise are also particularly noticeable. Very full-bodied--among the richest herbal teas I've tried. Close to my ideal amount of bitterness too--fairly bitter but not too much so.
I just like this one all around. And I do find that it settles the stomach (and gives one a bit of a "full" sensation, good if you need to stave off hunger temporarily).

If you are feeling hungry, it's very satisfying as a snack substitute!
