This is a tisane crafted from a few herbs that supposedly provide a cognitive boost: gotu kola, gingko biloba,and ashwagandha, along with some other herbs that presumable add some flavor, like sage and lemon verbena. It also contains peppermint and rosemary, which some believe have healing or stimulating properties. Overall, it is a mellow cup with a spicy, herbal aroma. It did give me a little boost - I have gotten that from gingko biloba before - but I have nothing to say about what it can do if you take it regularly or in large quantities.
