I don't know enough to comment on how healthy this tea really is, but it is made of "schisandra berries, burdock, yellow dock, lemongrass, dandelion leaf, red clover, and natural essences", so draw your own conclusions. I have never heard of some of those before, but it tastes all right, and has a mellow, herbal tisane flavor.
