Commercial Description
...Pussimbing Tea Estate...light, smooth and refreshing, these gorgeous large leaves make a mellow liquor that is perfect for late afternoon sipping. Subtle hints of fruit and freshly cut grass give this tea a remarkable flavor.
Brewing Instructions: (from The Simple Leaf Tea)
1 tsp. / 6oz cup
170 - 190° hot water
3 minute infusion

A rather unflattering review, speaking positively about the tea's aroma, and describing a bit of experimenting with brewing, first producing an unpleasantly bitter cup, and then using lower temperature water to yield a cup that was less bitter but still had a coarse and metallic taste.
