This is a really satisfying winter tea. I brew it for about 4 minutes with boiling water. At first you taste the mild chocolate and good tea base and wonder where the chilis is, but then your moth warms, as does your tum and you think, aah, that's really nice. The tea is a good base and the rest just adds to the feeling of enjoyment
