Half-litre pot at home, made from a mixture of Sencha leaves and pieces of dried strawberries and rhubarb. Pours clear straw (against white china) with no sediment. Clear aroma of strawberries, with notes of green tea leaves and touches of rhubarb. Sweetish flavour of strawberries, with bitter notes of Sencha and dryish touches of rhubarb. A smooth strawberry palate, giving way to astringent green tea notes and acidic touches. A well-balanced and refreshing beverage. Fair price (37 DKK per 100 g).
