Half-litre pot at home, made from a mixture of fine dark brown black tea leaves and small pieces of dried raspberries and caramelised cantaloupe melon. Pours nearly clear lightish copper brown (against white china) with no sediment. Clear aroma of cantaloupe and raspberry, with notes of black tea. Sweetish flavour of cantaloupe, raspberry and sugar, with bitter notes of Assam tea. Astringent palate (increasing with time) with a fruity aftertaste. A decent drink, although I prefer peach and mango to melon in my tea. Fair price (37 DKK per 100 g).
