I won't choose this tea again. It had a bad overall flavor, and I don't say that very often about teas.
I detected a lot of bitterness from the green tea. Normally I don't mind that at all, but perhaps it was the other flavors of the ginseng in it that really turned me off. It just had a bad, bitter flavor with absolutely no sweetness or other flavors.
As for energy, I suppose it gave me a little boost, but nothing really note-worthy.
