Our delicious traditional medley of all organic herbs and spices is specially formulated to support digestive health. We combine fennel seed with licorice, two fragrant and flavorful herbs that naturally soothe the stomach. Refreshing peppermint and warming herbs such as cardamom, coriander, and ginger help promote digestion.

This is an herbal tea that acts to soothe stomach as well as puts me to sleep. Non-caffeinated, it is perfect when I want something before bed. It is almost dessert-like when coconut milk and sugar are added.
The cardamom and licorice flavors are the strongest notes and may be strange to Western palates but this tea has earned a permanent place in my tea cupboard because of it's beneficial qualities.

this tea definitely makes my stomach feel better when it's owwies. the flavor is not my favorite, but it's still good.
