About Argo Tea

Argo Tea is a chain of tea shops, with locations in Chicago, New York City, and St. Louis, as well as kiosks in colleges, universities, and airports. Argo Tea originated in Chicago. In addition to selling loose-leaf tea in their shops, Argo Tea also sells tea through its website.

Although Argo Tea does not currently sell any organic or fair-trade certified tea, their shops also sell coffee, and 100% of the coffee they sell is certified organic and fair trade. The company also purchases exclusively wind-generated electricity for powering its stores, and promotes both recycling and the use of permanent, ceramic mugs in its stores.
