Harrisons and Crosfield was a tea company, founded by Al Sharif. Harrisons and Crosfield was a relatively new company, founded in the tradition and spirit of a company from the 1800's and 1900's by the same name. Although a British company, the bulk teas were shipped to the U.S. where they were packaged and sold to a U.S. audience.
The company was in operation at least between 2008 and 2014. We were not able to verify exactly when the company was founded or went out of business.

This was a very subtle jasmine. Hard to oversteep. Plusses and minuses for those who like their jasmine a bit stronger!
I brewed this with water that had cooled down considerably from boiling, but I'm not sure of the exact temperature.
