This a solid quality green tea that resteeps well several times. The leaves start off coiled and they expand each time, so not a lot of tea is needed for a tasty cup. Be sure not to over brew it for the best flavor.

This is another really lovely white tea from teakruthi. I've often found it difficult to find a white tea I really enjoy, but both of theirs are quite pleasant and smooth. I agree with Alex that it has flavors reminiscent of a Darjeeling -- a smooth black tea with slightly raisin-like notes. It would make a very interesting basis for sweet tea (brewed strong with plenty of sugar, then chilled with ice) as made in the southeastern U.S. I found that brewing the tea a bit strong didn't hurt...
