This looks like a classic loose-leaf orthodox Assam black tea to me. The leaf is mostly intact, but shows numerous small broken pieces, most visible in the front of the photograph. Although most of the leaf is uniform black, there is a bit of golden tip mixed in too.
I have not yet tried this particular tea, but in my experience it's hard to go wrong with these classic Assam blends, especially if, like me, you like strong black teas.
