Aroma is the familiar bergamot zing, and a little hint of the brightness that I tend to associate with better black teas.
Flavor: Surprisingly mild, given the bergamot on the nose; not really getting much "tea" flavor here, slight bitterness as the cup cools. Light palate.
Value: another work freebie to incentivize me to be caffeinated/productive. I wouldn't pay much for this.
Overall: A decent Earl Grey with nothing to hate. I recall I used to like Twinings Earl Grey; maybe I should revisit to compare. This is a better offering from Bigelow than English Teatime, for sure. (2 teabags, 12 oz. mug).
