I especially enjoyed the roasty flavor of this tea. There definitely was a slight sweetness, which from my own preferences, I wasn't a huge fan of. I always find it impressive when I get a few cups of tea with similar strength off the same leaves, and this tea delivered. I've only had two oolongs from Eco-Cha so far, and out of the two I enjoyed the High Mountain Oolong substantially more. I thought both teas were of high quality, it's more about my tastes... I'm a vegetable-y tea kind of girl.
