I purchased this tea at amazon.com.I am a novice when it comes to teas and I don't like tea.However,this tea is delicious.I read that black tea lowers cortisol levels,and that darjeeling is the best tea.when I I drink it, within a short amount of time I am incredibly relaxed.I have high cortisol levels and am constantly stressed,so this tea is a blessing.My only complaint is that I get a slight stomach ache from it.the benefits clearly outweigh the side effect.
